First, there were some online questions, then a phone call. After that, I was invited to an assessment center. There were 12 people competing for 4 jobs. The assessment center had 1 interview, 1 presentation, and 2 group tasks. The presentation involved explaining a complex topic simply. The group tasks were about negotiating for Andy Murray and creating a new product. The interview was about an hour long and focused a lot on technical stuff, like L&G's main risks. Make sure to clarify if the role is for Life or General insurance.
