The interview process was rigorous but very engaging. I talked to two attorneys who were very inviting, explained their practice groups and what I would do in the position. It also allowed me to see if it would be the right fit for me with my experience.

I only had one interview with two people, and they asked questions about my experience related to the position. They also asked about working with vulnerable populations. Because of the crediting process, which is part of the CBA, it took a couple of weeks to get a final offer, and I started about a month after my interview.
