Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Legacy Traditional School.
Teacher
This interview process was somewhat easy. They are looking for teachers who can have a high leverage impact, manage over 25 students, track data, keep the classroom engaged with high-level academics. It also involves good communication with coworkers and parents, understanding the curriculum, and managing small groups during testing.
- How would you approach this situation...?
- How would you handle that situation...?
- How do you manage student behavior?
Substitute Teacher
Submitted my application online and then got a text message to confirm my phone interview. We had a phone call, and they offered me the job at the end. The interviewer asked 5 questions during the 15-minute call. The questions were pretty straightforward.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
- What makes you want to work here?
Teacher
I have a phone interview set up. Haven't actually interviewed yet, though. Will let you know when it happens. They didn't post the salary or say what the starting pay is, and I haven't heard back from them.
- Can you introduce yourself?
