The interview for the Registered Nurse position was conducted over Zoom and featured three interviewers. They were all very friendly, helpful, and approachable. The interview lasted just under an hour. They addressed all my questions and provided a clear picture of what a typical shift might involve.

The first interview is a phone call with the Nurse Manager. If that goes well, they offer a second interview over Microsoft Teams. This second interview is a panel with the Charge nurse, Staff nurse, ER Tech, Assistant Nurse Manager, and the Nurse Manager.

I had a good interview process, but my recruiter was hostile. He talked down to me like I was already an employee beholden to the company and got incredibly indignant when I tried to negotiate my salary. He even went so far as to obstruct my job opportunities with another Legacy Facility I had recently interviewed with, emailing the manager without communicating with me to say I wasn't interested in their position (which had non-monetary perks for me like proximity and acuity) because I had turned down another position due to pay. Unbelievably unprofessional and arrogant.
