Business Analyst
The interview focused mainly on communication and technical skills. Formal emails weren't sent; all contact was via messages or calls. They require a service agreement of 2.5 years and a security check for 2 lakhs, but this is negotiable.

The hiring process included 4 rounds: first, a group discussion where each candidate gave a 2-minute extempore speech on the same topic. Then, a formal letter writing and essay writing task. After that, an HR round, followed by a technical round.
- For the group discussion, each candidate gave a 2-minute extempore on the topic of the Growth of Mobile App industry.
- For formal letter writing, you had to write an email to a business client from the company side, for a given situation.
- For the essay, the topic was Mobile App growth in the Medical Field.
Business Analyst
So, there were 4 rounds in total. First two were MCQ aptitude tests. Then there was a technical interview, followed by a managerial round, and that's how the process finished. All the rounds were pretty decent. They interacted in a very helpful way so that we wouldn't panic.
