So the interview process was, first, an interview with HR. Then, I had a writing assignment, which I thought was pretty relevant to the job. After that, I interviewed with my future supervisor, then a senior advisor, and finally, the VP. Overall, the process felt very professional, and everyone was on time with responses and info about what's next. Some people online said the writing assignment took too long, but I felt it was a good fit for the work. They gave us 5 days and suggested spending 2 hours on it. Honestly, the whole thing felt a bit long and stiff. I don't think 4 interviews were really necessary. Except for the last one, the interviews were kind of robotic, asking the same stuff, and not really a conversation. It didn't really give me a feel for what it would be like working with future colleagues.

It started with a phone screening, then I had to do this assignment, after that I had a phone interview with my direct supervisor, then a panel phone screening, and finally an in-person interview. The assignment was way longer than it needed to be to show the skills required. The main contact person was really slow to respond to my questions and requests for updates. She said she would reply by the end of the week, but it took her over 3 weeks to respond to a simple email.

I submitted my application in June and the entire process spanned about three months. It kicked off with a few phone interviews and included a writing assignment. After that, there was another phone interview, and then an in-person meeting to wrap things up.
