I got referred by a friend who works there to an HR rep. She asked basic resume questions and spent a lot of time explaining the company and role, which I already knew. A few days later, I interviewed with the Sales Director. It was casual, personality-focused. He mostly talked about how great the company and position are instead of interviewing me. He told me he'd send details for a trial day the next week and asked about my availability. I followed up with a thank you, but heard nothing back, which I found disrespectful given I was told to be available.

It was a simple process, basically a 15-30 minute conversation. I had two phone interviews and one Skype interview with the head office in Vancouver. The first two phone calls were with HR, and the Skype interview was with my potential supervisor. Before the Skype interview, I had to complete some questionnaires. The whole thing was pretty straightforward.
