It was a pretty engaging interview with a 'challenge' portion to make sure I was equipped for the role. It wasn't difficult as long as I studied and prepared ahead of time. The whole process had 3 steps.

The HR person was clueless. They showed up a bit late for the interview, not knowing who I was or about my experience, and had to spend about 5 minutes looking up my CV. Then they said that it's an entry-level role and since I'm experienced, they needed to talk to the hiring manager, which is obviously a rejection excuse. The main point was, what was the point of the interview? They could have just said all that in an email.

The recruiter reached out, and the whole process took a while from start to finish. There were 4 interviews and also a personality test. They are looking for SDRs who want to stay long-term. It doesn't seem realistic to move to an AE role based on what I understood; I think they only hire people with legal backgrounds for AE roles, and sales members will continue doing cold calling. The process was fine until my last interview with someone who apparently didn't like me, which was a bummer because everyone else I met gave me great feedback. I wish there had been more transparency because the waiting and long process just ended up being a waste of time and energy.
