The whole process was efficient, fast-paced and well-communicated. There were four steps of interviews and it only took around two weeks. The first round was with the head of sales & business development and it was just to understand more about myself and the company. Later, I did an online assessment (math, logic, and personality test). The third interview I had to prepare an email writing task and a presentation about this role. This step I presented my tasks to three supervisors of the sales department. The last step was talking to the CMO. Everyone was friendly during the interviews. I felt relaxed and could be myself. Also, the Head of Talent Acquisition responded quickly to help me clarify the questions about the tasks. I got the result after one day of the final step.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Applied online and then got a call from the recruiter to discuss my application, experience, and motivations. They explained the application process. I had an interview with the Sales Team leader and had to do a test before it. After the test and interview went well, I was invited to the Key Interview where I was given further tasks. Overall, it was a good and professional experience.

Technical Other

The recruiter tried to reach me, but I was in another interview, so I called back. He mentioned wanting to do a quick phone screen. After we hung up, he sent over an aptitude test and a behavior/emotional survey, and then we could schedule the call. I finished the tests, and two days later, he told me they'd gone with more qualified candidates. I felt the aptitude test was a bit off because it was all math and logic questions, which seemed super technical for a sales role.
