A recruiter reached out to set up an initial call. After that, the recruiter went silent for a week. I followed up, got a response, and then they vanished again, permanently this time. So, the candidate experience was really bad.

The process was explained clearly from the start. My first interview was in the Netherlands, and then I met with the manager and team on the same day at the HQ in Bonn. They were accommodating when I requested an additional step: a product demo from one of the Account Executives.

After applying, I was contacted by HR the next day and had my first phone interview the day after. The first interview was in the office in Bonn. It included an introduction, questions about my CV and past jobs, and inquiries about LeanIX, the product, and my motivation for applying. Then, I was asked to do a recruiting task, which gave me a better understanding of the roles LeanIX hires for. The second interview was a video call since I wasn't living in Bonn at the time. During this call, I met more team members, which helped me grasp what it would be like to work at LeanIX.
