There were three rounds of interviews. First, I spoke with HR, then a specialist, and finally the client. After the last interview, they informed me that the position had been filled. It felt like a waste of my time and showed a lack of respect.

The interview process at LSG was really smooth and to the point. From the first screening to the very last part, they communicated clearly and kept a good schedule. Everyone I talked to was professional and focused on the skills needed, which made it feel like a good use of my time. It was a really organized and nice experience.

They are quick and clear up any doubts you have during the process. You have a contact on WhatsApp communicating the whole process to you. It starts first with a phone call where they immediately speak in English and ask you a series of questions like 'what do you know about Lean' or 'what are you trying to apply etc.'. They do that as a first filter. Then they ask you to fill in your details and CV on their website. They first give you about two psychometric tests, and ask you to send an audio on their website talking about why you want to apply for this role and what about yourself. Then they give you a call in English and then one from HR in Spanish, and if you are lucky you will have the job.

This was the worst interview experience I've ever had. The recruiter canceled the interview last minute. We rescheduled, and then they made me wait a long time before canceling again. On the third try, they canceled last minute again and told me to come back in an hour. When the interview finally started, the recruiter said they were super busy, that they'd record my answers but couldn't focus right then, so they just asked questions automatically while looking at their computer and ignoring me. It really messed with me; I've never felt so disrespected by an interviewer.
