The interview was pretty easy, and it seemed like they're always hiring since it's a commission-only role. The chat went for about 30-40 minutes. It was a good conversation, and they appeared to be in the process of building their team. There was a lot of hiring paperwork in the lobby, suggesting they might have a high employee turnover rate.

I was called into the office for an interview, and there was already another candidate there. The interviewer was on his phone the whole time, taking calls while I answered questions. He held up a finger to signal me to wait and be quiet, yawned, and rolled his eyes at my answers. Then he implied I didn't have the mental ability for the training. It was super unprofessional.

It was a really laid-back chat at the office. They asked me some questions and then gave me the lowdown on what the job is all about. Apparently, it pays really well, has awesome benefits, and the sales team is top-notch.
