Started with a phone call with the recruiter to check the basics, then had 2 Zoom calls with the manager. The first manager call was to talk about my sales experience or passion, and the second one was a practical sales exercise.

This company has a great cultural environment, everyone is smiling when they walk in and out of the office! The team was extremely welcoming and the office is epic. Interview Breakdown 1st round: 30 min screening with a recruiter discussing your background. 2nd round: 30 minutes with the sales hiring managers. 3rd round: Mock call over the phone with the sales hiring managers, be coachable and exude confidence! 4th round: cultural interview in-person or online (I went in person to do the 4th/5th round) with recruiter and HR. 5th round: practical interview, you have another mock call with sales hiring managers, GMO could sit in. They take their time to get to know you as a person, everything is very personable and conversational!

First, fill out our Kick-Off Interview Form as part of your application. Your answers there will be used throughout the process, so make sure they're thorough and thoughtful. We value your time and won't make you retype your resume. Then, there's a 30-45 minute Culture Interview via video call to get to know you better and hear your story. We'll provide culture attributes beforehand for you to prepare examples. Next, a 60-minute Coffee Connect, either by video call or in person, to further assess character, culture, and competency, with time for your questions. Finally, a 45-minute Practical Exercise, in person or by video, to confirm you have the essential skills for the key objectives.
