First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at LeadGenius.
Researcher
The interview process was quite tough! It involved a 3-part written test and then an oral interview. It honestly felt like I was applying for a teaching assistant role. Overall, I was really impressed!
- In the written part, you had to transcribe audio files.
- You also had to answer reading comprehension questions.
- I was required to write an essay, which took several hours to complete, almost like an English language test.
Researcher
It was a video phone interview over Skype. The interviewer, I couldn't understand her at all. I kept having to say 'Pardon' or 'Can you repeat the question?'. Then she got really mad. She asked a bunch of questions and some really basic computer tasks, like how to copy and paste. She also asked if I could work part-time or full-time.
- What are your hourly wage expectations?
- Can you work part-time or full-time?
- How do you copy and paste?
Researcher
I applied online, did the application test, and after 3 weeks I got an email saying I passed the test and got invited to an interview with HR. There was one more test there and if I passed they informed me via email within 24h that I am employed. They sent me a contract via email and when everything was set, I had my orientation training scheduled.
- What are your expectations for this role?
