Data Entry Clerk
The interview process was professional and well-structured with 4 test levels. You have to pass each level to move to the next. Even if you're good at English, you need to be careful with punctuation and false positives in the grammar test. As a Data Entry worker, I'm used to working with unmotivated people aiming for low salaries. This selection process, with its high salary and mobility options, is really appealing. I'm studying law and would like to work with people who value critical thinking. I didn't do well in the last interview level and was put on hold for the next hiring round, but I hope to work here soon.

Account Executive
I applied online and the Head of Recruiting got back to me in less than a day. We set up a call for that same afternoon, and shortly after, I was speaking with the CEO. I really liked the company's story and the CEO's vision during our hour-and-a-half talk. After that, the Head of Recruiting set up a half-day onsite where I met the rest of the team. Everyone I met at LeadGenius was fantastic – friendly, smart, passionate, and driven. The Head of Recruiting was great throughout the whole process, and meeting almost everyone showed me how committed they are to hiring the right people.
- Can you do a mock call where you pitch your current product?
- How do you handle ambiguity, for example, in a startup?
- How would you decline clients who aren't a good fit for the customer success team to manage?
Inside Sales
I put in my application on 2/14 and then had a phone interview set up for the next week. A few days later, I had to do an online assessment. The following week, I went in for an onsite interview where I met with six different people. The week after that, I had a final assignment to complete. The whole experience went really smoothly and they were quick to let me know what the next step was. Everyone was super nice and I really enjoyed talking with the president.
- Could you discuss your previous work experience?
- What prompted your application, and what about this role appeals to you?
- Can you walk me through an example of a call you had with a prospect?
Community Manager
So the interview process was pretty standard: resume submission, then a work sample, followed by a phone interview, and then a 5-hour in-person interview with the whole company. My main point of contact was pretty bad at keeping his word though, and I had to constantly chase him for information while I was juggling other job offers. It was pretty annoying because I made sure to respect his time, and I felt like he didn't respect me back.
- Given your experience is limited to the US and you are caucasian, how would you approach working with an international organization?
