Front End Developer
The interview was full of great questions, and it felt really welcoming and nice. We had some good talks, and they seemed to really know what they were looking for. It was respectful all around. I thought it was a great experience and I'm excited about possibly working together down the road. All in all, it was a really good time.

Barista
When you come in for your interview at Le Pain Quotidien, it's a really nice and chill vibe, kinda like the brand itself. The person interviewing you will be super friendly and want to know all about you. They'll ask about your past jobs, what you studied, and if you have any cool skills. They might also ask if you're into food, know about organic stuff and eco-friendly farming, and if you're good with customers. They'll probably ask about when you can work and if you're okay with weird hours. They'll also tell you what the job is actually like, like taking orders, making food, serving people, cleaning up, and working with your coworkers. The interviewer will keep mentioning how important things like sustainability, community, and quality are to Le Pain Quotidien. They'll want to know if you can be a team player, if you're eager to learn, and if you really love helping customers. You'll also have to share a story about when you really helped out a customer or coworker, or fixed a problem at work. At the end, they'll let you know what happens next and maybe talk about training. They might also ask if you have any questions. All in all, it's a pretty good and involved interview process to find the right people for their team.

Waiter
It was an easy and quick process. I applied and they called me the next day. The interview was virtual and then they invited me for an in-person interview with the manager. After that, a pre-employment check. I felt comfortable. The selection process was completed in a week. They provide all the information from the first interview with HR.

Store Manager
The application process starts with an online meeting with HR. This is followed by an in-person meeting with the District Manager. After positive feedback, there's an unpaid trial day. If that goes well, a contract is offered. From what I've heard from others and experienced myself, they never hire directly as a Store Manager. You always start in a lower position than the one you applied for. In my case, they offered a contract as an Assistant Manager. I didn't accept this because I felt it was incorrect. You go through the entire application process without this being discussed, or it's handled very vaguely.
