After my CV was selected by the French Banking Association for an APEC recruitment event, I had a 20-minute interview with two recruiters, a junior and a senior one. They promised to get back to me within a week, but despite follow-ups from AFD and APEC, I haven't heard back from the employer two months later. It's very disappointing.

I went to a recruitment fair organized by my town, my application was selected, then I passed the online tests, but during the final interview with HR, after a first phone call of about 30 minutes, she told me that my profile didn't match because I had several fixed-term contracts.
