Intern
The interview process for this summer internship went smoothly. It started with a behavior interview, then moved to a technical one. Since the role was remote, all interviews happened on Microsoft Teams. It was a really good experience overall.
- What would you do if a team member wasn't performing well?
Intern
The interview was easy with basic questions. The HR person was bad at scheduling and didn't respond to follow-ups sent months later after the interview. There's no applicant portal, so communication is limited compared to other companies.
- Tell me about a project or something you worked on that demonstrates your experience.
Intern
It wasn't too bad. They'll ask you to talk about yourself and your resume. They'll ask questions about your resume, yourself, and what you enjoy. They will also tell you more about the position and they seem like friendly people. It started with a phone call and then moved to a Zoom interview. I'm waiting to hear back.
- Could you please elaborate on who you are?
- Can you tell us a bit about yourself?
- What parts of your resume would you like to highlight?
