I applied through LinkedIn and got connected with the recruiter who then set up a meeting with LBMC. This meeting was really great, probably the best one I've had. I talked with the Senior Tax Manager and a Partner. They were funny, relaxed, and very down-to-earth.

I had a basic interview for this Staff Accountant role. I was well qualified. The first step was a phone call, which I thought went very well. Unfortunately, I never heard back from them after that. They should really consider experienced, older applicants, not just college students because experience counts and should be used in their decision making.
