It's a great process and a great place to work if you're a teenager or young adult needing some extra cash, especially as a starting job. They have flexible scheduling and short hours. It's a minimum wage job with not many tips, but overall, it was a good experience.

I spoke with three different managers for interviews. They all had earpieces and kept responding during the interview. It seemed like a standard server interview. They mentioned it's easy to get 40 hours a week, but I've heard from current servers that they don't make that much.
