It was a pretty long process. First, there was a phone interview. Then, I had an interview at their London offices with HR, which included a numerical re-test and a case study. The HR interview questions were based on the case study and were competency-based, plus they asked about the internship and the specific company division. It felt quite scripted and disjointed, so you should prepare to give long answers because if you don't, the questions will run out and you'll feel like you haven't said much. After the HR interview day, there's an assessment centre, and then a final day of 1:1 interviews with people from the department I applied to.
