The process was pretty standard. Two people interviewed me for on-campus recruiting at the same time, and it was a 30-minute interview. I applied through on-campus recruiting during winter break and got notified of an interview a couple of weeks before it actually happened. It took a while for them to formally tell me I got rejected, but by then I already knew.
