- Can you describe your responsibilities in your last role?
- Did you complete a cognitive or IQ test?
- Did you take a personality test?
Project Engineer

- Can you tell me why you're interested in joining our company?
Project Engineer

I was supposed to ask them questions about the company, but a lot of the people working there didn't seem experienced and couldn't answer basic stuff like where the drawings and schedules were.
