I had a phone call with an HR assistant or manager where they asked me screening questions about my resume. If they liked what they heard, they called me for a second interview round about a week or two later, depending on how the call went.

It was a 3 round interview process. The first round was a phone call, followed by two more virtual interviews. It was pretty straightforward, and the HR admin was nice and not too intense. I've definitely had tougher questions in interviews before.

I applied online and then got an email to set up an interview. I was in NY at the time and asked if we could do a phone or video interview, but they only did in person. They then agreed to meet when I was going to be in CA for my sister's graduation. I got to the interview and had to wait in the lobby for over 30 minutes. They finally showed up and interviewed me for maybe 10 minutes. I traveled over 3 hours for this and was shocked it was so short. I sent my references after and haven't heard anything back. They really didn't seem to care about my time.
