IT Intern
The whole application was a standard online application, but then there was a teaching demo and an interview. They gave me the topics for the teaching demo beforehand, which was nice.
- What are your strategies for managing disruptive students and how would you adjust your approach in such scenarios?

You get a Zoom link for the call. There's only one round, and it's mostly behavioral questions, like simple and situational ones. You also have to do a 10-minute presentation on a topic you pick. The interviewer is usually cool and helps you out.

It was good, they sent an email telling you what to prepare. Which is basic interview questions and a teaching presentation. They will ask you basic questions about yourself, your teaching experience, and your IT experience. Then you will present and teach the lesson you prepared. The person was really nice too.
