Behavioral Technical Case

I first applied on their website for an internship. About a week later, they called me and asked me to introduce myself, what I was looking for, and what the company was looking for. At the end of the phone call, we agreed on a day for a second interview via video call. The second interview lasted about 50 minutes. During the interview, I was asked to introduce myself, state my strengths, what I knew about Lavazza and the company's values. We also spoke in English with questions mainly focused on my studies. During the interview, I was asked about Excel, specifically creating pivot tables, and I was asked to discuss a business case of my choice that I saw at university. After the second interview, I was sent an Excel 'exercise' to do at home and after sending it back, I never heard from the company again.

Behavioral

I did the interview through AlmaLaurea, at a career day. It was a 15-minute interview, asking about my presentation and past work experience or university projects. I didn't feel comfortable and often they waste your time before saying they don't want people from January but only October.
