Training and Development Manager

Intern
It's a standard behavioral interview. Prepare for common interview questions, and use the STAR method. Having an accounting or financial background could be useful for this role.
- What motivated your choice of major?
Financial Accountant
The interview process was quite fast and seemed very reasonable. The first stage involved asking questions about my education, the accounting processes I'm comfortable with, and my job and salary expectations. The second interview was with two managers and included an assessment. The whole process from the first interview to the job offer took about a week.
- Which accounting software are you familiar with?
Auditor
Process started with teams interview for about 15 to 20 minutes. Then, they bring you in for in person interview. There was a 30 minutes skill test and then interview with 2 auditors.
