I had 4 interviews and also an assignment. I spoke with several people in different roles. The questions were pretty standard, asking about my background, experience, and interests. Everyone was really nice and friendly. The process wasn't very clear, and most people I talked to couldn't tell me what the next steps would be.

So, I applied and got an invite for a 30-minute chat with the co-founder. Then, I got a writing assignment. I sent it back and HR said they got it. It's been three weeks since I submitted it, and I haven't heard back. I emailed them to check on my application status. It's been 10 days and still no response. This is pretty unprofessional since I already interviewed with the co-founder and spent hours on the writing task for them. Save your time and don't bother with this company.
