First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Laureate Education.
Business Analyst
Got an interview after submitting my resume through the school's career center. Two interviewers were present and asked some general questions, which wasn't too intense. They had a question book and selected prompts to assess my behavioral traits. The interviewers were quite pleasant. The interview lasted about an hour. There wasn't a second round for me.
- Tell me about a challenging situation you encountered at work and your response.
- Describe how you would navigate cross-cultural scenarios encountered during your job.
Business Analyst
The interviewer was very sharp. She really dug into the details of a specific bullet point on my resume.
- Could you provide an overview of your resume?
- Tell me more about a specific item listed on your resume.
Business Analyst
I had two phone interviews, first with the local HR Manager, then with the VP of HR for Latin America. After that, I flew to Miami for an in-person interview with the VP of HR again, the VP of Finance, and the Director of Finance. I made a good impression and got a written offer two weeks later. I started in Miami about two weeks after accepting.
