The interview process took longer than I expected, with 2 interviews total. The second interview required a presentation based on a case study I had to prepare beforehand. Both interviews were done over Zoom. The first one was about an hour long, and the second one was shorter, around 20-30 minutes.

The interview process was very unprofessional. The interviewer did not show up and we had to reschedule, and then they were late to the rescheduled interview. The HR representative was also unprofessional and did not accurately represent how ad agencies operate. It's best to avoid this company.
