I got contacted in early Oct and the screening and interview process went well, including chats with the hiring manager, head of sales, and the General Counsel. They said a decision would be made that week, but after two weeks with no word, I reached out to the recruiter. I found out the job was reopened, but I was still in the running and they'd contact me by the end of the month. Over the next few weeks, the job reopened and closed two more times, with no change in my application status or contact from them. I was eventually ghosted until late Jan when I saw an online update about my status. No formal rejection or email was sent, and I was left in the dark. Clearly, this company doesn't care about keeping candidates informed or giving closure. If you're thinking of applying, expect a lack of transparency and follow-through.

It was a weird and long interview process, not very streamlined. I didn't get much communication from the hiring team and no feedback at the end. The expectations they had were way more than what was described in the job title, and the panel members didn't seem to be on the same page regarding what they were looking for in a candidate.

I spoke with 4 people in total. First, there was a 50-minute phone call where we went over my resume, experience, projects, and education. It was a pretty standard interview with no super tough or surprising questions, and the interviewer was really clear and easy to understand. I actually enjoyed chatting with him and he got back to me pretty fast, within 2 days, to set up the next interview. That was a 3-hour face-to-face meeting with some senior engineers and the manager. They really dug into my work and stuff. It was also pretty standard and the interviewers were very polite. It was a comfortable experience all around. If you know your stuff and aren't scared to explain your work in detail, it's a great experience.

I applied online and heard back via email about two weeks later with an invitation for an on-site interview. I spoke with multiple engineering managers individually. My prep involved reviewing standard interview questions, researching the role thoroughly, and being very familiar with my resume, which seemed to be effective. I received the final decision via email about a week after the interviews. It was a smooth and pleasant interview process.
