The hiring process was long and had some delays. I finished the HireVue and the first round within a week. After that, I didn't hear anything for about three weeks. Then, I got invited to interview with six people. This involved three 30-minute interviews back-to-back. I felt good about how these went, thinking I fit the culture and had the right technical skills. A few days later, I got a rejection email. Honestly, if someone interviewed five times, I'd at least call them to let them know, out of respect for their time. I also would have liked some feedback to help me get better, but none was given.

I applied and about two weeks later, I got asked to do an online assessment, which was weird because it wasn't actually related to recruiting. But I did it anyway. A few days after that, I had a screening call with the Hiring Manager in the US. After the call, three days later, I just got a standard email saying they weren't moving forward with my application. I tried to find out why but didn't hear back.
