The interview process was very chill and went smoothly. The interviewer was friendly, and we ended up talking about random things beyond the scheduled time. I had a screener interview on Friday and received a callback on the following Monday. It's always beneficial to appear friendly, curious, and to show that you've done your research on the firm.

We start with an on-campus screener, about 20 minutes, with standard interview questions. If that goes well, you'll have a callback round. This involves five separate 20-minute one-on-one interviews with partners and associates. It’s like a feeler round to see if you're a good fit. After the interviews, there's a group lunch or dinner with other candidates and associates. We give you the list of interviewers the day before, but it might change. A unique part of our callback is that all the interviews happen in one room, and the interviewers rotate in and out.

After an initial callback, I had interviews with multiple attorneys. Most of these conversations were very casual and conversational. A couple of them asked more behavioral questions, but it really seemed like they were just trying to get to know me and see if I'd be a good fit. You should definitely be ready to ask a lot of questions.
