Solutions Engineer
They will ghost you. Communication is poor. Also the nepotism rumors are true. Turnover seems high. Director was supposed to interview me and brushed me off twice at last minute. I don't know why experienced candidates would work here.

Pre-Sales Engineer
The interview started with a 20-minute chat about me and my thoughts on the IT industry. Then, another staff member joined and gave me a math question. The question was: If Mary is 16 years old and her brother is 4 times younger than her, how old will Mary be if her brother was half her age. After I answered that, I was asked some more technical questions, some of which I knew and some I didn't. For instance, when asked what object oriented programming is, I described it as WYSIWYG design software, which the interviewer incorrectly stated was just a software name. The interview concluded with feedback that I lacked technical knowledge and a suggestion to pursue marketing. I felt the process was unfair and disappointing.

- What exactly is a CMS?
- Is it possible to access an intranet remotely, from home?
Presales Engineer
I had a phone interview that was about 40 minutes long. The interviewer was really nice and friendly, which made it a lot better. We started with standard questions like how I found out about the company and why I'm interested in presales. What was different about this call compared to others was that she asked me questions really focused on my past experiences listed on my resume. She asked about what I did and didn't like in my previous role, and the challenges I faced. It felt like they were more interested in getting to know me as a person than just testing my answers to typical interview questions. My advice is to just be yourself; it'll be fine.
