First, there is a phone interview with a recruiter which is pretty easy. Then, you will most likely be invited to their office where you will have an interview with the VP and the VP of Sales. The VP asks a lot of hard questions including, "how would you sell our product", even before explaining what their product is or how it works, not to mention their website does not explain anything in detail, so the research I did beforehand was not that helpful. The VP of sales will probably not ask you any questions, and just tell you about the company, or at least that's what he did with me, then tell you he would like to speak with you in two days to talk more about the position, but he never answered my phone call. I found that to be very unprofessional.

The interview felt like the interviewer was mainly concerned with my family background and not concerned with me. In the phone interview and the 1:1 interview they asked what my dad did. The main selling points the interviewer had for the company were catered lunch and company-sponsored sports teams. My advice would be to be enthusiastic about these free sandwiches if you want a job, I was not and was not asked back for a second interview. Also be prepared for a somewhat shabby reception area. Good luck!

Behavioral Presentation Technical

It took about 3 weeks of emailing back and forth to get through the process. There were 3 interviews in total, with a presentation at the end. You really needed to know the product well, and also give a presentation about your hobby. The audience was tough and the product is complicated.
