First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at LaserAway.
Sales Representative
It was a breeze, they hired me right away. The job wasn't great though, having to work weekends. Didn't last long. The market is too full, and it's tough to make sales there. People leave a lot, and they don't really value you.
- Tell me about your previous experience.
Sales
the manager was really nice and easy to chat with. They told me what they were looking for, how often they expected people to do certain things, and went over the job description. They were super respectful and even set up a second meeting for me to talk with higher-ups.
- Could you tell me a bit about yourself?
Sales Representative
I got an email to schedule a phone interview. The manager called on time and was really nice, explaining everything well. She asked about my background and what I wanted from the job. We had a good conversation, and I heard back about my application two days later.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
- What makes you a suitable candidate for this role?
