I had two interviews. The first was with a recruiter and the second was on Google Meet with two regional managers. The second interview felt messy and not well-planned. One manager seemed out of it and didn't even know which job I applied for. She asked a bunch of questions really fast without much response, then said she had to leave to train someone. The other manager showed up 30 minutes late and didn't say anything about it or introduce herself. She asked a lot of the same questions we already went over. The whole thing lasted about 45 minutes. Honestly, I'm glad I didn't get the job because the interview really showed me how disorganized and inconsistent they are.

There were 2 rounds of interviews. First was a screening, and the next was with the manager and director, I think. You'll be making the calls. The first interview was a phone call, and the second was through Zoom/Google Meet.

I applied online and got an invitation to schedule an interview really fast. First, there was a screening call with HR where they asked basic questions and we talked about the job. I had actually applied for a different location, but the recruiter helped me get an interview at the clinic nearer to my home, which was great. The next interview was set up during the HR call and was with the regional VP and clinic director. It was super chill, more like a chat, and they were totally upfront about what the job involved. I got an offer an hour after the second interview finished. The whole process was super quick, just how I wanted it. I'm stoked to finally get into aesthetics and join Team LA!
