LaSalle Network Researcher Interview Questions
& Process

I met with a bunch of people at LaSalle Network. First, I talked to the internal recruiters, and they pointed me towards the research team. Then, I had to write two papers and create a powerpoint presentation, which was a lot of work but helped me learn a ton about the company and really confirm I wanted to work there. After that, I chatted with several people in the research department. I had a phone interview next, and then a final interview with two more people. After the final interview, I got a job offer. Overall, it was a really positive experience talking to everyone. They were professional and friendly. The recruiters did a good job preparing me and making sure I knew what to expect.

My interview process for LaSalle was great! It started with an initial phone screen, which was brief and just about what you're looking for. Then there was a phone interview, followed by a writing sample. After that, I had an in-person interview with my potential managers, and finally, I met with a couple of c-level executives. I've heard slightly different things from people, but that's generally how it goes from what I've gathered. Everyone was really nice and respectful, and the interviews felt more like conversations, which was a nice change from the usual question-answer format. They asked situational questions.

Applied online and got a call back really fast. Had a quick 20-min phone chat with a recruiter, super nice. Then, an in-person interview where I met with the recruiter again and then three other people I'd be working with. They were all really chill and made me feel comfortable. Next up, another in-person interview with more colleagues and the chief recruiting officer. The final round was with the CEO, who just wanted to get to know me personally. The recruiter kept me in the loop after each interview.
