The interview process included two technical rounds, followed by a managerial round. Then there was an HR round for salary and negotiations regarding FTC (Fixed-Term Contract) versus on-role options. The FTC offers a higher percentage but is a 2-year contract, while on-role comes with a 30% hike from the current CTC.

The process was good, but they should consider allowing work from home. Too much time is spent on travel. The interviewer should be skilled and professional, not personal, to get excellent candidates.

Technical Behavioral

I had a telephonic interview first, and then a face to face interview. No presentation was needed. The hiring manager spent about an hour with me during the face to face. The whole process felt pretty quick and easy. Maybe because the telephonic interview I had two weeks earlier was pretty in-depth.
