My interview process included a 1-hour round, followed by two technical rounds with the Railway S&T head, and then three technical rounds with the Project Manager. After these, the HR department requested all my experience letters, my last 3 months' salary slips, and my previous company's offer letter. They said they would release an offer letter after reviewing these documents. However, when I followed up, they informed me it was still under process. It's been over 6 months, and I still haven't received the offer letter.
