The interview process kicks off with a pre-exam to check your time management and ability to explain tech stuff simply. You'll need to share a story about juggling tasks and getting technical info across clearly. Next up is a technical interview where you'll chat about a tough technical issue you faced, how you figured it out, worked with others, and showed off your tech skills and teamwork. Finally, there's an HR interview to talk about working with different people, sorting out disagreements, and going with the flow. They want to see your people skills, leadership, and how you make the workplace better.
