First, there was an IQ/Personality screening, and if I met the requirements, I was invited for an in-person interview. During the one-on-one meeting, we talked about company culture and my background. The interview was about 30 minutes long, and I received an offer within a few days.
- How do you deal with conflict?
- What are your career goals for the next year?

Finally, there was an interview with two senior people, mainly focused on whether I would be a good fit for the company.
