The people were really nice and welcoming. There were 3 rounds total, with one being with HR and the other two with the design team. It was mostly behavioral questions, not very technical. I had a great experience overall.

A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn about a job opening. We had a quick phone call to discuss it. Then, I had a phone interview with the creative director, who would be my manager. After that, I was happy to receive an email inviting me for an on-site interview! Since I lived about 2.5 hours away, they were flexible with the date. The email also included a graphic design project to test my skills. The interview itself was great and lasted several hours. I met with several people, including the creative director. I started with a brief meeting with the recruiter. I waited in a small room, and people came in one by one to meet me. They had a schedule so I knew who to expect. Everyone was really friendly! They didn't ask me a lot of questions about myself, my experience, or my skills, but they talked a lot about their jobs and the company. Two people asked me to walk through some of my portfolio pieces. I had questions prepared and took notes during the interview. A few days later, the recruiter emailed asking to schedule a phone call to 'follow up'. I was nervous, but the call the next day led to a job offer! After accepting, I received some official paperwork.

The interviewer seemed like a nice person, but he didn't take any notes during the interview. He relied solely on his memory to recall everything, even days after the interview, not just a few hours later. While the interview itself was relaxed, it wasn't the best approach for evaluating a candidate.
