The entry-level process felt like a sanity check. I went through multiple phone interviews and an in-person one. The online application itself took hours with a ton of questions, sometimes the same one rephrased with fewer words. For example, "What Customer Service means to you in 50 words or less" and then "What Customer Service means to you in 20 words or less." I hope they improved this since I applied years ago. I think there were over 90 applicants for only 6 positions back then. For the mid-level role, there was a phone interview and then several in-person interviews. It seemed to go better, but they didn't give me much detail about the position after I accepted the offer. It took two months before I started, and management seemed too busy to integrate me properly. Once I arrived, it was clear they needed someone immediately because the person who left over six months prior hadn't been replaced.

Behavioral Technical Other

It took about two weeks from applying to get an interview invite. The interview itself was a bit strange, you had to voice record answers to about four questions. There was also a typing test, but the font was super small and hard to read. You have to use option numbers to submit, delete, or send your answers. Make sure to write those down because once you submit, you can't go back, which doesn't seem fair.

Started with the application, then did a recorded interview round where I answered questions. Then, there was a video call with the hiring team that lasted about 20 minutes. Overall, it was a straightforward process and the interviewer was friendly. I liked the experience.
