The process was pretty straightforward. If you haven't heard back after a bit, don't hesitate to call the restaurant directly, as your application might have slipped through the cracks. It involved three interview rounds in total, with the final one being with the general manager. Just make sure you're dressed nicely, arrive on time, keep a positive attitude, and use your best manners, and you should be good to go.

It was pretty simple and honest, with good back and forth. I had an in-person interview where they showed me around the kitchen and prep area. They even offered me lunch, which was a nice touch. They also reimbursed my travel expenses.
