I spoke with several current employees at the company. The headquarters building is quite impressive. The company culture is very much in-person. The staff appear to be very happy working here. It's a demanding job with a lot of work, but the compensation is excellent.

I first spoke with the HR recruiter and answered some questions. Then, an Accounting manager tested my accounting knowledge for about 15 minutes. After that, I met with a concept controller for another interview. The last interview was with the VP of Accounting at their office, making it the fourth interview overall. Each person asked different questions.

We had a quick phone chat where we went over my resume, the jobs they had open, and what kind of hours they were looking for. Then we set up a time for me to come in for an in-person interview. I had a short meeting with HR, the same person I spoke with on the phone. After that, there was a quick test to check my general accounting knowledge. Then, I had two separate one-on-one interviews with other accountants where we talked about the specifics of the job. The very last one-on-one chat was also really brief. Everyone I met during the whole process was super friendly.
