Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Landor.
Strategist
The 3 interviews (2 in-person at the agency's offices, 1 via video call) with the managers were pretty casual and nice. They were about my background, my experiences, and my motivations.
- Tell me about a rebranding that inspired you.
Strategist
Had two online interviews over a period of three months. There was no communication from HR about the overall process or timelines, except for scheduling the calls. For such a well-known firm, it was surprising that the HR contact wasn't available or helpful when I needed clarification on the role or next steps.
- Can you discuss your background?
- How do you approach your work?
- Which project or accomplishment are you most proud of?
Strategy
The interview process was pretty chill, focusing mainly on cultural fit and then how much you know about your field. A big tip is to show you're really passionate about what you want to do and that you're a team player. They really value creativity for all roles, so make sure you talk about how you're creative in your work, even if it's not a design job.
- What have been the most significant shifts in brand building strategies over the past decade?
