Client Service Associate
I applied online and got a Zoom interview invite two days later. It was a really casual chat where the recruiter asked about my background and job specifics like salary, location, and start dates. They thought I was a good fit, but wanted to hire someone for January, and I don't graduate until spring. The recruiter mentioned this role opens up again in the spring and suggested I reapply then. Overall, it was a pretty standard interview.
- Could you give me an overview of your resume and elaborate on your most recent internship?
- Tell me about your previous internship.
Client Services
It was a pretty straightforward process, with two phone calls. To do well, you need to show you're really interested in and get branding. Be ready to discuss your favorite brands, campaigns, and ads. Also, have an example of a brand you dislike or think is misstepping. The first call was about your branding knowledge, and the second had some standard behavioral questions.
- Can you tell me about your favorite brand?
- What are three words that describe yourself?
- What are some of your favorite brands, campaigns, and advertisements?
Client Service Associate
They ask questions about your general ability rather than the position. But do need to know some information about the position and company. I feel like they prefer social people, so try to say more.
- Tell me about three brands you like.
