It started with a written application which was pretty easy. You were then invited to an assessment centre where we had to complete different activities in groups and were assessed.
- Can you give a tour of a given campus location and explain it?

We did a group task where they judged teamwork skills, intuition, ability to come up with ideas quickly, public speaking and presentation skills etc. Then there was a panel of interviewers where they interviewed me one on one.
- Tell me an interesting fact about yourself.

We had a group interview where we were assigned a section of campus to give a mock tour to the rest of the group via Teams. We also discussed what makes a tour memorable.
