The interview process was okay. The manager wasn't the nicest and disagreed with my opinions and put me down. It felt like she already had her answer before I started the interview. I felt very underprepared after I left.

I got an email to set up a phone interview, which was pretty chill and lasted about half an hour. They let me know about the in-person interview details then too. So, I went in a week later to meet with the unit manager. It was a pretty long one, about 4 hours and 45 minutes, with around 20-25 questions. Most of them, like 90%, were behavioral, and the other 10% were about clinical situations. It was actually quite tough, even if you're prepared. After the interview, I got a tour of the unit and shadowed for about 2-3 hours. Got the offer a week after that.

I applied online and then had to take a personality test. After that, I went in for an interview on the unit where I met the manager, charge nurse, and unit clerk. We did a round robin where they asked me questions about my experience, work ethic, and some scenarios. I also got to ask them questions. Then, I shadowed on the unit.
